The shipping policy of itiha is formulated keeping in mind the ease and comfort of our customer in India as well as abroad.
We deliver to all cities and towns in India where major courier services has access to. There are certain areas which are little backward and those areas might not have door delivery possible , which will be intimated by the concerned courier service partner.
We request you to provide your full address at the time of order with the Zip Code and Phone number in order to make the delivery process smooth & efficient.
We ship to most countries overseas and the shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout depending on the country you wish to ship it to.
Shipping In India
We offer free shipping for sarees to be delivered within India for orders whose total value is above Rs.25000. Please ensure you provide us with the complete details of the person being shipped to.
If you require sarees to be delivered on any particular date, please write to us. We will try our best to deliver on the requested date.
Transit Time
We ship all orders through fastest possible and are normally delivered in very less time. We send the shipment through reputed courier services like DTDC, Delhivery and DHL who deliver within 4-7 working days(post dispatch) or more depending on the location.
These dates are not binding on us as a third party provides the service.
For shipping overseas, the delivery time may vary from 10-12 working days(post dispatch) depending on the destination.
We cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays from the carriers end.
Transit & Charges
We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the goods are dispatched.
The Entire order will be shipped once all the products are available.
Any inward taxes or duties as applicable in line with the laws of the respective country or state will have to be borne by the customer.
Return Of Shipments
The right to accept returns is solely the decision of itiha.

Conditions :
In case of extraordinary circumstances, itiha cannot guarantee delivery of orders in the promised period.
