RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
Products purchased during discount sale cannot be returned/exchanged.
Product purchased will be taken in return/exchange only if there is any damage while shipping it out.
Product will not be exchanged due to color variation as we do not manipulate the colors by editing and try to capture the sari color in daylight. Slight variation is possible due to the different resolution devices used by the users.
Products purchased can be returned/exchange within 5 days of receiving the order.
An Item can only be returned/exchanged for another product. We do not provide cash refunds.
Items should be returned to us before the exchange is made. Once we receive the item, you will receive your new item after we review the condition of the returned product.
In case of exchange of an item, the new item should be of the same or higher value of the returned product.
If you think that there is a fault with the goods you have received, please write to us immediately at Info@itiha.co.in on the same day of receiving the order.
Saris once finished with fall and hemming will not be returned or exchanged.
The items must be in original condition, with the original packaging and the tags attached.
The items to be returned or exchanged should not be worn, washed or altered in any manner.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
