Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and packaging intact.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original state will not be accepted.
Color variations are not considered valid reasons for return, as colors are captured in natural daylight without edits. Differences in screen resolutions may cause slight discrepancies.
Sarees that have undergone fall and hemming are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products purchased during discount or sale events are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchange Terms
We offer exchanges only, not refunds.
The replacement item must be of equal or greater value than the original product.
The original item must be returned and reviewed before the exchange is processed.
Reporting Issues
All items are carefully checked before dispatch. However, in the rare case of a mistake or defect due to human error, we are happy to provide a replacement.
